Event begins Friday night with check-in at the Days Inn from 3 PM until
whenever! The first class starts at 7:30 PM on Friday night. Classes
continue Saturday and Sunday and will end by 2:00 Sunday to allow members of
LDS time to get back for their holiday celebration in Louisville at 4:00

April 18-22 - Dulcimer Jamboree - Ozark Folk Center - Mt. View, Arkansas
May 6, 2006 - Guy and Tull are doing some workshops and a concert for the
Tellico Village Dulcimer Club (in Tennessee, just outside of Knoxville) on
Saturday, May 6th. Workshops for both MD and HD from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm,
concert from 3-4pm. Contact Jolie Fischer

May 20, 2006 - The fourth Blue River Folk Music Festival will be held on
Saturday and is is being sponsored by the Shelby Arts Council. It will be
held at the Town and Country Church, S.R. 44, in Shelbyville. There is
plenty of parking. Food will be available on-site. Workshop details and
registration information will be available within a few weeks at the
festival's website:
www.blueriverfolkfest.com The cost will remain the same as it was last
year - $25 for the entire day's activities, including all classes and the
evening concert, for those who pre-register. The cost for the entire day
will be $30 if registration is at the door. A special entry fee of $10 will
be available for those who
only want to come for the late afternoon (jamming and vendor shopping). This
amount includes the cost of the evening concert. Dinner will be available
for purchase.
